Sponsorship

Advertising creates brand awareness, but sponsorship creates brand experience!

Why Sponsor the Arts?

Sponsorship is about engaging with your customers in a space they feel passionately about. It is a sensitive business more so now than ever, as we become cynical in response to having their personal space infringed upon by intrusive ads and logos. Being sensitive to the integrity of arts forms is what we are all about and as a sponsor this sensitivity and integrityrubs off on your brand giving it authenticity and winning you loyalty. Sponsoring the Arts ensures your brand is fully integrated with the experience and our patrons see you as the force which made that moment of magic happen. Why watch from the side-lines when you can take centre-stage?

  1. Enhance your corporate reputation in the community
  2.  Inject authenticity to your brand
  3. Engage with your customers on a personal level
  4. Bring creative thought into your business
  5. Develop your cause-related marketing strategy

Achieve all this with a well picked arts sponsorship and a clever activation strategy.

You are invited to take a seat in our new auditorium as a Seat Sponsor.

Cork Opera House received funding from the Department of Arts, Sport and Tourism and Cork City Council to carry out long-overdue refurbishments of its 1000 seater auditorium, re-opened on 10th June 2009 by President Mary McAleese. Some seats in our auditorium had been therelese since the new Opera House was built in 1965!

The Sponsor a Seat campaign aims to raise money to bridge the shortfall in public funding and gives the people of Cork an opportunity to get involved and be acknowledged as a supporter for all our patrons to see.
