Due to extreme popular demand Carraig Productions have announced a second date for The Cave on Fri 22 July. Tickets go on sale Mon 27 June at 12 noon.

The original bespoke concert with Lisa Hannigan, James Vincent McMorrow and Caoimhín Ó Raghallaigh sold out online in 11 minutes.

Duke Special is now part of this super special underground bill with Caoimhín Ó Raghallaigh and Lisa Hannigan on July 22nd.

While the artists involved are mesmerizing in style and charismatic in their delivery, The Mitchelstown Caves will also play a special role in this extraordinary concert series.

There are 88 steep steps down into the cave leading most unusual of performance spaces after a half-mile guided walk. With the temperature in the Cave at a constant 12°, the climate will be the only thing that is so temperate, as the timbre of music to be heard will be searing hot. Those attending the event will be asked to sit down and brace themselves for a once in a lifetime experience.

Carraig Productions would like to thank the English Family for allowing these performances happen.

The Cave is kindly supported by the Arts Council of Ireland.
