THE BEATLES on Wednesday, 12th and Thursday, 13th April 2023, will celebrate the Fab Four with the Cork Opera House Concert Orchestra, conducted by Elaine Kelly.


This concert will feature home-grown Irish talent such as two-time Irish Meteor Award-winner Wallis Bird, Jack O’Rourke (described as one of Ireland’s most gifted songwriters), Emma Nash (winner of the PWC/Wexford Festival Opera Emerging Young Artist bursary and the University Concert Hall Limerick Rising Star Award), and Rowan, performing many of the Beatles’ hit songs including Hey Jude, Here Comes the Sun, and much, much more.

Cork Opera House is proud to present the return of the hugely celebrated Cork Proms this spring.

Through a series of themed concerts featuring music from the three B’s - Beethoven, Broadway and The Beatles, these thrilling performances bring a selected variety of some of the most celebrated music to Cork Opera Houses’ unique and diverse audiences, providing an opportunity for any music fan unfamiliar with live orchestral music to experience something incredibly special.

The Cork Proms 2023 will feature the Cork Opera House Concert Orchestra, a dynamic and exciting professional orchestra featuring some of Ireland’s most gifted musicians conducted in turns by renowned conductors, John O’Brien, Elaine Kelly and Conor Palliser; alongside some incredible soloists.
