Cork Opera House does not accept unauthorised third party resale tickets.
Should you wish to attend performances with an infant aged below two years, they will need to be accommodated on the parent or guardian’s lap as no seat will be allocated. There will be no charge for this. Children over the age of two should have a paid for ticket.
Baby carriers including car seats, buggies / prams are not permissable in the auditorium for Health & Safety compliance.
Ticket Holders are responsible for care of the ticket after purchase. Cork Opera House is not responsible for damage or loss of ticket. Admission by full ticket only. No re-admission unless by prior arrangement.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Ticket Holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility of property loss, destruction or theft and releases promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venue and their employee from any liability thereafter.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
Telephone and internet bookings are subject to a booking fee.
Offenders will be removed from the venue without refund.
Only food and drink purchased in the venue can be consumed in the venue.
Management reserves the right to carry out searches ahead of any performance in the interest of safety for both staff and patrons. Confiscated items will be discarded.
The management reserves the right to make essential changes to the cast or programme without prior notice.
