To celebrate our spectacular Panto Aladdin and the culmination of our 170th anniversary year, we will make three wishes come true for three lucky Patrons.

It helps to have a Genie on your side! 🧞‍♂️

If you have a wish, we invite you to post it in Genie’s Letterbox, positioned in our foyer as you enter. Please put contact details with your wish.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Promoter

The promoter of this campaign is Cork Opera House, Emmet Place, Cork City, T12 DW6P (Herin referred to as COH).

  1. Overview

During the run of the Christmas pantomime Aladdin, patrons are invited to write a wish and place it into the designated wish box located in the foyer of COH (Herin referred to as The Campaign)

  1. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to all individuals who submit a wish during the Campaign period. No purchase is necessary to participate. Individuals must write their contact information and their wish to ensure eligibility.

  1. Campaign Period

The Campaign will run from Friday December 19 and end at COH’s discretion, not passing the 18th January.

  1. Selection and Criteria for Granting Wishes

A total of three (3) wishes will be selected.

All wishes will be selected entirely at the discretion of Cork Opera House.

Wishes must be reasonable, lawful, and realistic.

All wishes granted will be within the practical and financial capability of Cork Opera House.

Cork Opera House reserves the right to modify a wish where necessary to ensure feasibility or to decline a wish without explanation.

Cork Opera House’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process.

  1. Notification

Selected participants will be contacted using the details provided on their wish submission. If a selected participant cannot be contacted within one week, Cork Opera House reserves the right to select an alternative wish.

  1. No Cash Alternative

Wishes granted are non-transferable and no cash or monetary alternative will be offered.

  1. Publicity

By submitting a wish, participants agree that Cork Opera House may use their name, wish, and/or likeness for promotional and publicity purposes related to the Campaign, without additional compensation.

  1. Data Protection

Any personal data collected as part of this Campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Campaign and in accordance with Cork Opera House’s data protection and privacy policies.

  1. General

Cork Opera House reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control. Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
