Rugby fans are in for a treat as Clive Woodward, the mastermind behind England’s 2003 Rugby World Cup triumph, takes to the Cork Opera House stage for the very first time, joined by former Ireland international and respected RTE pundit Bernard Jackman. In this unique live event, Bernard will sit down with Clive to uncover the stories, strategies, and behind-the-scenes moments that shaped a golden era of international Rugby.
Together, they’ll revisit the highs and lows of Clive’s remarkable coaching journey — from building the team that made history in Sydney, to his views on leadership, innovation, and the modern game.
“I’m hugely excited to get out and meet rugby fans face-to-face,” said Clive. “This is a chance to go behind the scenes of some of the biggest moments in rugby, share untold stories, and have an honest conversation about the game we all love.”
With Bernard Jackman guiding the conversation — and fans invited to put forward their own questions — no topic will be off limits. Expect humour, insight, and a rare chance to hear two great rugby minds go head-to head in an evening that promises to be as entertaining as it is inspiring.
**A limited number of VIP tickets will be available for the first 2 rows premium seating which will also include a Pre- Show “Meet & Greet” with Clive along with an autograph and photo opportunity and a signed 7×5 photo of Clive to take home .
